TYSON employs a Complete Satisfaction Policy. If you are an end-user customer who has bought TYSON products directly from Tyson Security Pty Ltd, and you are not completely satisfied with any of the products you have purchased, then you may return them to Tyson Security Pty Ltd within 14 days of the date of invoice for replacement or a credit of the product purchase price. The credit will not include any shipping and handling charges forming part of the original purchase price. The customer is also responsible for the return shipping, handling and insurance charges. Any goods intentionally damaged will not be accepted for refund or replacement.
To return products, you must phone, fax or email TYSON to receive a Return Authorization Number. Arrangements for the return will be made with you at this time, or by return phone, fax or email.
